How to use The 3-Step System
Apply Body Wash to body, face and neck. Leave on 30 to 60 seconds before rinsing.
Apply two or more pumps of Body Spray to affected areas. Allow to fully absorb before dressing.
Take 4 Skin Support Capsules daily with food. Same time each day for best results — with breakfast works well.
Apply Body Spray immediately post-workout in the changing room. The window between finishing training and showering is when post-exercise sebum peaks.
